MENTORSHIP

Being the Chief Administrative Officer in a Canadian municipality can be very lonely at times, especially when you are facing a difficult interpersonal relationship or ethical dilemma. As municipal managers we have all experienced difficult working situations that require the exercise of sound judgment. Often times these situations are emotionally charged. These are times when we could use a sympathetic ear or a good sounding board. Your CAMA colleagues recognize the need to have an experienced resource that may be able to help you through the difficult times.

When times get difficult and you could use a supportive ear, please contact your CAMA Board representative for your area.
