WELCOME TO THE CAMA MASTERMINDS FORUM
& LEADERSHIP CIRCLE FOR DIRECT REPORTS
CAMA is pleased to offer Masterminds—a virtual networking forum that connects you with a small group of trusted colleagues in a safe, confidential space. These sessions provide candid, pragmatic advice on navigating sensitive issues and operational challenges, both current and future. Facilitated by seasoned experts, each session delivers practical insights tailored to the realities of senior municipal leadership.
Regular sessions are typically held monthly from September to December and February to May for all members and also a special Leadership Circle for direct reports . The next series for February to May 2026 will be launched in December 2025.
TOWN & GOWN SERIES
CAMA is pleased to launch a new Masterminds Networking Forum exclusively for members serving communities that host post-secondary institutions. If you’re a Chief Administrative Officer or senior municipal leader in a town or city with a university or college, this is your chance to connect with peers facing similar opportunities and challenges—whether it’s student housing, institutional partnerships, or campus-community dynamics.
This Masterminds group will be facilitated by CAMA member Glenn Horne, CAO for the Town of Wolfville, home to Acadia University. Glenn brings firsthand experience with the unique nature of university-town governance and will guide the group in open, practical conversations.
