Tips For Submissions
- Submissions should not exceed two (2) type written pages. Please send a copy of your two page submission on a disk.
- If you apply for two (2) award categories, one submission must be for ‘learner achievement’.
- The category you are applying for should be at the top of the first page.
- Each category has a series of questions. Provide answers to those questions clearly and in point form. You can highlight the question or point to help the evaluators find the information more easily. Your submission should provide evidence of management-union collaboration in the initiative, or other employee groups.
- You must provide two (2) letters of support for each submission. They can be from people or organizations that have been involved with, or in, your program, such as administrators, unions, learners, partners.
- Supporting documentation (other than the submission and support letters) can accompany the submission. Six (6) copies of the documentation are required.
- We encourage you to send an e-mail copy of the submission to Patricia Nutter by March 12, 2010 with the original submission to be received no later than five days after at the CAMA address below.
